Rotavapor R-210/R-215

The long-life sealing system provides practically maintenance-free operation and increase service life. The continuous vapour duct prevents cross-contamination and is particularly easy to dismantle and clean. The vacuum seal comprises a PTFE composite material and provides long service life and effective sealing. The proven and patented combi-clip elegantly solves the problem of simple flask removal and the dismantling of the vapour duct.

The difference between the Rotavapor R-215 and the R-210 is the additional display of the vapour temperature and the rotation speed: a valuable investment for processes that require precise monitoring and reproducibility.

The heating bath, for water or oil, covers a wide temperature range from 20-180°C. A large, clear graphic display continuously shows the actual temperature and the temperature setpoint. Its small volume ensures that warm-up times are very quick. Thanks to the wireless power supply, it is not necessary to make or break connections when handling the bath. The high alloy steel pan is easy to clean. An optional protective shield can easily be fitted to the edge of the bath.

For larger batch volumes such as in 5l evaporating flasks, as an option. The bath replenisment is included in the scope of supply to guarantee a steady water level in the bath.  The heating bath designed for water covers a temperature range from 20-95°C. A large, clear graphic display continuously shows the actual temperature and the temperature setpoint. Thanks to the wireless power supply, it is not necessary to make or break connections when handling the bath. A unique combination with the Rotavapor® multiplies its functionality, expands synergy and reduces laboratory space to a minimum. Up to 12 samples are simultaneously evaporated without cross-contamination with just one rotary evaporator. Similar to the heating baths the Multivapor P-12 acts as an independent heating unit. But instead of hosting one single sample vessel, 12 independent cylindrical transparent heating baths are accommodated on a horizontally shaking heating plate. 
 

The handling of raise and lowering the flask into the water bath with the easy to use end-stop adjustment increases safety at work at upmost. The electrical quick-action jack activated by simply pressing a button. In case of a main power failure, the evaporation flask is lifted automatically, preventing high thermal load of the substance.

The highest protection with the lowest restrictions guarantees the nearly invisible safety coating in terms of the highly chemical resistant plastic P&G. Extra thick, extra resistant, the P+G coating protects against mechanical damage and provides efficient protection against glass splinters in the unlikely event of a breakage and implosion of the flask.
