The GreenHouse Plus provides 24 heated and stirred glass reaction positions able to accommodate reaction volumes from 0.5ml to 7ml. A new combined reflux and additions head allows for convenient additions or withdrawals whilst maintaining an inert atmosphere and efficiency.

The patented GreenHouse Plus brings all the benefits in productivity of parallel synthesis at a fraction of the cost of automated systems. Holding 24 glass reaction tubes in a removable reaction block with the same footprint as a standard micro titer plate the GreenHouse Plus facilitates rapid transfer of samples by multi-channel pipettor or robotic systems.

Fit on standard hotplate stirrer
Fits on a standard Carousel or IKA hotplate stirrer, so utilising existing and readily available technology. Heated directly by the stirrer hotplate; providing an operating temperature range from ambient to +150°C. Digital temperature control +/- 0.5°C.

Microtiterplate format
Removable reaction block holds 24 x 16mm Ø glass reaction tubes in the same footprint as a standard micro titer plate, allowing simple and rapid transfer of samples to and from micro titer plates with a multi-channel pipettor Provides 24 heated and stirred glass reaction positions, with a reaction volume of 0.5 to 7ml. Cylindrical glass gas enclosure provides visibility of all 24 reaction tubes, with no need to lean into the fume cupboard.

"V-Mag" stirring technology
Utilises single rotating magnetic field of the hotplate stirrer to stir all 24 positions. "V-Mag" technology uses a vertically positioned stirring bar to maximise the uniformity of the stirring within each reaction tube.

Easy to operate, store and learn
No electrical or moving part ensures maintenance free operation. Easy to operate and set-up, with minimal training time. Round aluminium base transmits heating evenly to all positions. Compact size has small bench-top footprint - easy to store.

The problem
With the advent of parallel synthesis and solid phase chemistry the problem of loading resins into micro titer plates and other formats has become commonplace. Conventional techniques involve the measuring of individual amounts of resin that are then manually placed in each of the wells. These methods are extremely time consuming, often messy and liable to mistakes.

The solution
The Titan well resin loader is the ideal solution allowing you to rapidly load virtually any standard 24 and 96 well array. A universal locating plate locates on top of you well format micro plate or reaction block. Any one of the including filler plates is then placed on top allowing a wide range of volume to be dispensed. Resin dispensed include:

• Solid phase resins e.g. Wang, Merrifield

• Solid supported reagents such as PS-carbodiimide

• Scavengers such as PS-isocyanate and ion-exchange resins

Different amounts of resin can be dispensed by selecting the appropriate Filler Plate. The 24 well system includes three sizes of Filler Plate and the 96 well six sizes of Filler Plate - which can be used individually or in combination to provide a wide range of filling volumes.
